Q: What forms of payments are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Sorry, but we cannot accept cash, checks, PayPal or payments over the phone at this time.
Q: Will my subscription renew automatically?
A: Yes, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. This applies to both the monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Q: How do I change my monthly membership to a yearly subscription?
A: If you signed up on a device like an Amazon Fire TV or Roku, please email customer support for instructions.
If you signed up for your subscription on our website, please log in to the website. Once you are logged in please go to this page and choose the 1 Year Package. * This link will not work unless you are already logged into the website * From there you will be asked to enter your billing information and confirm your subscription.
Please keep in mind that the yearly subscription will automatically renew until cancelled just like the monthly plan did.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel, log into your account on our website and click "Login / Account", then click on "Cancel" next to your current subscription. If you do cancel your account, your subscription will remain active through your paid term. We will NOT prorate and refund any unused days.
Please Note: If you signed up for a subscription on a Roku, Amazon Fire TV or Google Play you must make any account changes through their systems. We do not have access to make changes to accounts purchased through an external app store and therefore this method will not work for your account.
